Dyna pam ei bod mor bwysig adnabod, a mynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2\u2019r heriau hyn drwy ymyrraeth gynnar a chymorth wedi\u2019i deilwra.<\/p>\n<p>Ond mae ymyrraeth gynnar yn gamp t\u00eem. Mae cyflyrau cyffredin yn cynnwys:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dyslecsia<\/strong>. Mae dyslecsia yn anabledd dysgu a gydnabyddir yn eang sy&#8217;n effeithio&#8217;n bennaf ar allu person i ddarllen, ysgrifennu a sillafu. Gall ymyriadau cynnar gynnwys rhaglenni darllen arbenigol a chymorth un-i-un i helpu plant dyslecsig i ddatblygu sgiliau llythrennedd cryf.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anhwylder Diffyg Canolbwyntio a Gorfywiogrwydd (ADHD)<\/strong>. Nodweddir ADHD gan batrymau parhaus o ddiffyg sylw, gorfywiogrwydd a byrbwylltra. Mae ASD yn anhwylder niwroddatblygiadol a nodweddir gan heriau mewn rhyngweithio cymdeithasol, cyfathrebu ac ymddygiadau ailadroddus. Mae ymyrraeth gynnar yn aml yn cynnwys creu amgylcheddau strwythuredig a chefnogol, therap\u00efau ymddygiad, hyfforddiant sgiliau cymdeithasol, a therapi lleferydd-iaith i wella galluoedd cyfathrebu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ymyriadau cyffredin<\/h2>\n<p>Dylai ymyriadau ar gyfer anableddau dysgu fod yn seiliedig ar dystiolaeth a dylid eu teilwra i ofynion unigryw pob plentyn. Gallant gynnwys:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ymyriadau ymddygiadol.<\/strong> Mae ymyriadau ymddygiadol yn cael eu datblygu ar gyfer plant \u00e2 heriau ymddygiad, ac yn canolbwyntio ar addasu a siapio ymddygiadau trwy atgyfnerthu cadarnhaol, cryfhau a meithrin cysylltiadau rhwng plant a\u2019u teuluoedd, a chreu strategaethau integredig sy\u2019n helpu plant i ddatblygu agweddau a gweithredoedd mwy adeiladol.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lleoliadau addysgol addasol<\/strong>. Nod addysg addasol yw creu amgylcheddau dysgu mwy cynhwysol a hygyrch. Gall hyn gynnwys darparu adnoddau ychwanegol \u2013 fel technoleg gynorthwyol \u2013 yn yr ystafell ddosbarth, neu greu cynlluniau dysgu unigol ar gyfer plant a phobl ifanc ag arddulliau dysgu amrywiol i helpu i ddarparu ar gyfer anghenion unigol disgyblion ag anableddau dysgu neu ddatblygiadol.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gwasanaethau cymorth<\/strong>. Mae gwasanaethau cymorth arbenigol, a gynigir gan weithwyr proffesiynol fel therapyddion lleferydd, therapyddion galwedigaethol, a seicolegwyr addysg, yn chwarae rhan hanfodol mewn ymyrraeth. Er enghraifft, gall anawsterau dysgu nad ydynt yn cael sylw arwain at broblemau ymddygiad, hunan-barch isel, a heriau wrth ffurfio cysylltiadau cymdeithasol.
