Bydd llawer o blant \u2013 o bryd i\u2019w gilydd \u2013 yn mynd yn ddadleuol, yn wrthwynebol, yn herfeiddiol, yn ddig, neu hyd yn oed yn ymosodol; mewn gwirionedd, er y gallant ddangos unrhyw nifer o ymddygiadau annifyr, nid yw hyn o reidrwydd yn golygu eu bod yn dangos arwyddion o anhwylder sylfaenol.<\/p>\n<p>Fodd bynnag, nid yw bob amser yn hawdd nodi a yw plentyn yn mynd trwy gyfnod \u2013 neu\u2019n delio \u00e2 rhywbeth mwy arwyddocaol sy\u2019n effeithio ar ei emosiynau, ei deimladau neu ei ymddygiad.<\/p>\n<h2>Beth yw rhai anhwylderau ymddygiad plentyndod gwahanol?<\/h2>\n<p>Mae amrywiaeth o anhwylderau ymddygiad sy&#8217;n perthyn i gategor\u00efau fel anhwylderau gorbryder, anhwylderau emosiynol a hwyliau, anhwylderau ymddygiad aflonyddgar, anhwylderau datblygiad treiddiol ac anhwylderau datgysylltiad.<\/p>\n<p>Yn \u00f4l <a href=\"https:\/\/cks.nice.org.uk\/topics\/conduct-disorders-in-children-young-people\/background-information\/prevalence\/\">adroddiadau gan y GIG a NICE<\/a>, anhwylderau ymddygiad ac ymddygiad gwrthgymdeithasol cysylltiedig arferai gael eu hystyried yn flaenorol fel y problemau meddyliol ac ymddygiadol mwyaf cyffredin ymhlith plant a phobl ifanc, fodd bynnag mae data mwy diweddar yn awgrymu bod anhwylderau emosiynol ac anhwylderau ymddygiad yr un mor gyffredin.<\/p>\n<p>Mae enghreifftiau o anhwylderau emosiynol ac ymddygiad cyffredin sy\u2019n effeithio ar blant oedran ysgol yn cynnwys:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Anhwylder Herfeiddiol Gwrthwynebol (ODD)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Anhwylder Diffyg Canolbwyntio a Gorfywiogrwydd (ADHD)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Anhwylder Ymddygiad (CD)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Anhwylder Gorfodaeth Obsesiynol (OCD)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Anhwylder Sbectrwm Awtistiaeth (ASD)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Anhwylder Pryder<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Anhwylder Deubegwn<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Anhwylder Straen Wedi Trawma (PTSD)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Er nad yw&#8217;r union achosion yn hysbys, mae nifer o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.betterhealth.vic.gov.au\/health\/healthyliving\/behavioural-disorders-in-children\">ffactorau risg yn gysylltiedig ag anhwylderau ymddygiadol mewn plant <\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rhyw<\/strong>. Ni all arbenigwyr nodi a yw&#8217;n enetig neu&#8217;n gysylltiedig \u00e2 chymdeithasu, ond mae bechgyn yn llawer mwy tebygol o ddioddef o anhwylderau ymddygiadol na merched.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cyfnod beichiogrwydd a genedigaeth<\/strong>. Gall ffactorau fel pwysau geni isel, genedigaeth gynamserol ac anawsterau yn ystod beichiogrwydd effeithio ar ymddygiad plentyn yn ddiweddarach mewn bywyd.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anian<\/strong>. Mewn achosion o blant ag ADHD, mae ymchwil yn dangos bod rhannau o&#8217;r ymennydd sy&#8217;n rheoli sylw yn llai gweithgar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Beth yw symptomau anhwylderau ymddygiad mewn plant?<\/h2>\n<p>Nid yw strancio achlysurol, gwrthod eistedd yn llonydd a cholli tymer rhwystredig tymor byr yn arwydd awtomatig o anhwylder emosiynol neu ymddygiad &#8211; maent i gyd yn fathau normal iawn o ymddygiad y gall plant eu harddangos wrth iddynt dyfu a datblygu. Fodd bynnag, os yw ymddygiad aflonyddgar yn ddifrifol, yn parhau am fwy na chwe mis, neu&#8217;n anghyffredin i oedran y plentyn, gallai ddangos bod ganddynt anhwylder emosiynol neu ymddygiadol. Yn ogystal, mae anhwylderau ymddygiad yn debygol o gael effaith negyddol ar berthnasoedd gyda ffrindiau ac aelodau o&#8217;r teulu, yn ogystal \u00e2 pherfformiad yn yr ysgol.<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#8217;n anghyffredin i blentyn dan bump oed gael diagnosis o anhwylder ymddygiadol. Po gyflymaf y bydd plentyn yn cael diagnosis a chynllun triniaeth, y cyflymaf y gellir rhoi mesurau ar waith i gefnogi ei iechyd, ei les a\u2019i ddatblygiad.
