Wrth i dechnoleg ddatblygu ac wrth i wleidyddiaeth fyd-eang newid, dyna hefyd a wna agweddau, sgiliau a ffocws cenhedlaeth, gan arwain at yr angen i ddatblygu strategaethau gweithlu sy\u2019n hyblyg ac felly\u2019n addas ar draws y cenedlaethau.<\/p>\n<p>Ar hyn o bryd, y sialens hollbwysig i dimau AD drwy\u2019r byd yw\u2019r anallu i ddod o hyd i ymgeiswyr a chanddynt y sgiliau priodol i lenwi swyddi. Mewn arolwg o 800 o weithwyr proffesiynol a gynhaliwyd gan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xperthr.com\/pages\/the-top-hr-compliance-challenges-for-2019\/?cmpid=PLC%7CUSAG%7CHUGMN-2018-1701-2018_pr_generic_tracking&amp;sfid=7012X000001mLlm\">XpertHR<\/a>, dywedodd 64% mai\u2019r sialens fwyaf ar gyfer 2019 fydd chwilio am ymgeiswyr o\u2019r radd flaenaf. Felly, sut y bydd hyn yn effeithio ar dueddiadau AD ar gyfer y flwyddyn i ddod?<\/p>\n<h2>1. Uwchsgilio<\/h2>\n<p>Oherwydd yr anhawster i ddod o hyd i ymgeiswyr a chanddynt y sgiliau a\u2019r profiad priodol, mae busnesau\u2019n canolbwyntio ar uwchsgilio\u2019u gweithwyr presennol, ar ddyrchafu\u2019n fewnol ac ar gyflogi\u2019r bobl iawn ac yna eu hyfforddi yn y meysydd y mae angen eu datblygu ymhellach. Dyma ddewis deniadol, i\u2019r cwmni ac i\u2019r gweithiwr; er, efallai y bydd cyfnod ar y cychwyn pan fydd yna gamgymharu rhwng y person a\u2019r swydd. Mae hyfforddiant yn y gwaith yn golygu y gellir dysgu\u2019r unigolyn yn union yn \u00f4l gofynion y busnes, ac y bydd yn fwy tebygol o aros yn hirach yn y swydd, diolch i\u2019r buddsoddiad personol a wnaed.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Swyddi v gwaith<\/h2>\n<p>Dod o hyd i ymgeiswyr sy\u2019n cyd-fynd \u00e2\u2019r swydd-ddisgrifiadau yw\u2019r ffordd arferol o recriwtio. Fodd bynnag, wrth i\u2019r broses hon fynd yn fwyfwy anodd, mae busnesau\u2019n sylweddoli y gallant fod yn fwy hyblyg gyda\u2019u proses recriwtio trwy ganolbwyntio ar elfennau hanfodol y gwaith y mae angen ei wneud. Y bwlch cyflog o ran rhywedd<\/h2>\n<p>Er bod cryn bwyslais wedi bod ar y pwnc hwn yn ddiweddar, mae cydraddoldeb o ran rhywedd yn dal i fod 200 mlynedd o\u2019n cyrraedd yn \u00f4l Fforwm Economaidd y Byd. Mae polis\u00efau fel cyflog cyfartal yn ffactorau allweddol wrth i bobl ddewis cyflogwr, ac os gall ymgeiswyr weld bod camau mawr yn cael eu cymryd tuag at gulhau\u2019r bwlch, mae\u2019r sialens o recriwtio\u2019r person iawn yn lleihau.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Gweithredu cymdeithasol<\/h2>\n<p>Mae\u2019r cenedlaethau iau yn fwy ymwybodol nag erioed o ddigwyddiadau\u2019r dydd a\u2019r byd y maent yn byw ynddo, diolch yn rhannol i\u2019r rhyngrwyd. Ond yn hytrach na disgwyl i wleidyddion neu arweinwyr gwleidyddol weithredu ar faterion byd-eang, maent yn edrych fwyfwy tuag at frandiau dylanwadol. Trwy gysylltu amcanion a negeseuon eich sefydliad \u00e2 phwrpas uwch \u2013 hyd yn oed os mai rhywbeth syml fel rhoi\u2019r gorau i ddefnyddio papur neu ddefnyddio llai o blastig yn y swyddfa sydd gennych dan sylw, neu ganiat\u00e1u i\u2019ch gweithwyr ddefnyddio\u2019u hamser i weithio gydag elusen o\u2019u dewis am ychydig ddyddiau bob blwyddyn \u2013 byddwch yn creu ewyllys da gyda\u2019ch gweithwyr ac yn cymryd cam pwysig tuag at greu gweithlu o unigolion o\u2019r un meddylfryd sy\u2019n gweithio tuag at weledigaeth gyffredin.<\/p>\n<h2>Rhoi hyn ar waith yn ymarferol<\/h2>\n<p>Dyma rai o\u2019r sialensiau sy\u2019n wynebu timau AD ar hyn o bryd. Ond maent yn esblygu ac yn datblygu\u2019n aml, ac mae hyn yn golygu bod angen i adrannau fod yn fythol ymwybodol o\u2019r tueddiadau a ddaw i\u2019r amlwg yn y farchnad ehangach, a hefyd o anghenion cyfnewidiol eu sefydliad. Mae cynllunio\u2019r gweithlu\u2019n sgil strategol sy\u2019n hollbwysig i lwyddiant busnes, ac mae\u2019r broses hon angen unigolion sydd nid yn unig yn deall pobl a\u2019u hanghenion, ond sydd hefyd yn deall y gofynion o safbwynt twf a llwyddiant y busnes.<\/p>\n<p>Mae Prifysgol Wrecsam wedi cyflwyno cwrs MBA Rheoli Adnoddau Dynol ar-lein, sydd \u00e2\u2019r nod o roi\u2019r sgiliau a\u2019r wybodaeth angenrheidiol i bobl sy\u2019n dymuno dringo\u2019n uwch yn eu gyrfa, er mwyn eu galluogi i gamu ymlaen \u2013 fel rheoli talentau, ffynonellu, rheoli dulliau gwobrwyo a chadw staff, yn ogystal \u00e2 hanfodion busnes yn cynnwys strategaethau, twf a chynllunio ariannol.<\/p>\n<p>Caiff y rhaglen ei chyflwyno\u2019n gyfan gwbl ar-lein, felly gallwch astudio pa bryd bynnag sy\u2019n hwylus i chi, ar amrywiaeth o ddyfeisiadau.
