Nid brandio a chreu galw am gynnyrch yw swmp a sylwedd marchnata. Mae angen iddo alinio ag amcanion gweddill y busnes, mynd i’r afael \u00e2 heriau macro cyfredol a chyfnodau o alw uchel ac isel. Mae nifer o gwmn\u00efau felly angen strategaeth farchnata a all eu helpu i drawsnewid heriau yn gyfleoedd drwy eu helpu i gadw i fyny \u00e2 thueddiadau a datblygiadau yn y farchnad sy’n prysur newid – gallai hyn fod yn unrhyw beth, o’r newid diweddaraf i ffyrdd o fyw di-blastig i Brexit.<\/p>\n

Felly beth yw’r prif heriau sy’n effeithio ar fusnesau ar hyn o bryd, a’u helw, y mae marchnatwyr angen bod yn ymwybodol ohonynt?<\/p>\n

Natur anrhagweladwy’r farchnad<\/h2>\n

Yr unig beth sy’n sicr yw bod popeth – technoleg, dewisiadau cwsmeriaid, y dirwedd gystadleuol – wedi newid ac yn parhau i newid wrth i ni newid yn llwyr i’r digidol. Golyga hyn fod angen addasu’r ffordd y caiff cynnyrch eu marchnata yn barhaus hefyd. Wrth gwrs, nid yw popeth newydd yn well; ond gyda’r galluoedd busnes iawn yn eu lle, gall natur anrhagweladwy’r farchnad ddod yn fantais. Y rhai hynny sy’n fodlon croesawu ansicrwydd a chymryd camau gweithredu pendant megis gwneud newid cyflym i strategaeth farchnata, fydd yn sicrhau’r manteision mwyaf.<\/p>\n

Rhagor o reoliadau<\/h2>\n

Wrth i farchnadoedd a thechnolegau newid, mae rheolau a rheoliadau yn newid hefyd. Mae Arolwg Canfyddiadau Busnes 2018 a gynhaliwyd gan CThEM wedi datgelu bod dros hanner y sefydliadau ledled y DU yn disgwyl i’r baich hwn gynyddu dros y 12 mis nesaf. Y rheswm pennaf dros hyn? Brexit a GDPR. Mae’r cynnydd mewn rheoliadau ac ansicrwydd yn ei dro, wedi cynyddu llwyth gwaith adrannau marchnata, yn benodol y rhai hynny sydd \u00e2 chyfrifoldeb dros farchnata uniongyrchol, gyda gofyn i dimau bellach fod yn ymwybodol o’r wybodaeth gyfreithiol angenrheidiol er mwyn casglu a phrosesu data. Mae angen i dimau gydymffurfio am resymau cyfreithiol, ond hefyd i adeiladu a chynnal ymddiriedaeth cwsmeriaid; gan fod cwsmeriaid yn dod i ddeall mwy am ddefnydd data ac yn fwy amharod i rannu gwybodaeth o’u gwirfodd. O ganlyniad, mae marchnata cyd-destunol, sy’n teilwra cynnwys ac ymgyrchoedd marchnata i gyd-destun unigryw cwsmer (yn hytrach na bod yn seiliedig ar ddata personol a roddir o wirfodd), ar gynnydd.<\/p>\n

Pwysau gan newydd-ddyfodiaid i’r farchnad<\/h2>\n

Bydd diwydiant proffidiol yn denu cystadleuwyr sy’n dymuno gwneud elw. Os yw hi’n hawdd i’r busnesau newydd hyn ddod i mewn i’r farchnad – os yw rhwystrau mynediad yn isel – yna mae hyn yn fygythiad i’r cwmn\u00efau hynny sydd eisoes yn cystadlu yn y farchnad honno. Golyga rhagor o gystadleuaeth – neu allu cynhyrchu cynyddol heb gynnydd tebyg mewn galw gan gwsmeriaid – lai o elw i bawb. Mae newydd-ddyfodiaid i’r farchnad yn effeithio ar bob diwydiant, ond yn ddiweddar maent wedi cael effaith amlwg ar y diwydiannau bancio a thelathrebu a chyflenwyr ynni.<\/p>\n

Cynnyrch yn symud tuag at fod yn annodweddiadol<\/h2>\n

Mae cystadleuaeth fyd-eang, ddwys ac anfon gwaith allan yn lleihau elw, cynyddu sensitifrwydd pris cwsmeriaid, a gwneud hi’n anoddach i sicrhau gwahaniaeth rhwng brandiau. Awgryma cylch oes cynnyrch fod, categor\u00efau cynnyrch wrth iddynt aeddfedu, yn dod yn fwy ymatebol i rymoedd cyffredinoli fel na ellir gwahaniaethu rhyngddynt. Y gwahaniaeth heddiw yw bod y cyflymder o lansio’r cynnyrch i aeddfedrwydd yn gyflymach nag erioed. I oedi hyn, mae gan farchnatwyr dri opsiwn: i arloesi; bwndelu neu segmentu er mwyn aros yn gystadleuol o fewn y farchnad. Yn ogystal \u00e2 dealltwriaeth drylwyr o’r farchnad y mae’r busnes yn gweithredu ynddi, mae hyn hefyd yn gofyn am y gallu i ddadansoddi anghenion a galw cwsmeriaid, i sefydlu’r strategaeth farchnata orau.<\/p>\n

Wrth gadw hyn yn y cof, mae Prifysgol Wrecsam wedi cyflwyno Meistr Gweinyddu Busnes (MBA) ar-lein, sy’n arbenigo mewn Marchnata. Mae’r cwrs yn rhoi’r wybodaeth i fyfyrwyr werthuso them\u00e2u marchnadoedd sy’n dod i’r amlwg a chynnig ymatebion strategol, ac mae’n eu haddysgu sut i ddadansoddi’r effeithiau ar farchnata, yn ogystal ag ar y sefydliad ehangach. Mae’r rhaglen hefyd yn ymdrin \u00e2 sut i sicrhau gwerth i gwsmeriaid a’r r\u00f4l y mae newid a chreadigrwydd yn chwarae wrth sicrhau goroesiad a thwf sefydliad. Mae’r gallu i ddeall sut y mae tueddiadau o’r fath yn cysylltu’n strategol \u00e2 swyddogaethau a strategaethau busnes, yn ogystal \u00e2 sut y gallant gynyddu elw yn sg\u00ecl sy’n ased i gyflogwyr posibl.<\/p>\n
