Mae dros 99% o fusnesau yn y DU yn BBaChau – busnesau bach i ganolig gydag o dan 250 o weithwyr. Yn annisgwyl, caiff 96% o’r busnesau hynny eu hystyried fel ‘micro’, sy’n golygu eu bod yn cyflogi llai na naw o bobl. Mae’r dirwedd busnesau bach wedi newid yn sylweddol dros y degawdau diwethaf, gyda mwy a mwy o bobl yn ‘mentro ar eu pennau eu hunain’ ac yn dechrau eu cwmn\u00efau eu hunain. Ehangu eich set sgiliau<\/h2>\n

Mae MBA yn ymdrin ag ystod eang o sgiliau busnes, gan lenwi bylchau hanfodol yn eich set sgiliau a rhoi sylfaen gadarn o ddealltwriaeth busnes i chi, y gallwch ei defnyddio i adeiladu cwmni llwyddiannus. Mae modiwlau yn amrywio o gwrs i gwrs, ond mae sawl pwnc craidd megis marchnata, cyllid, adnoddau dynol, cynllunio a strategaeth a chadw cwsmeriaid, y mae rhan fwyaf o’r cyrsiau yn ymdrin \u00e2 nhw.<\/p>\n

Bydd meithrin gwybodaeth ehangach am weithrediadau, heriau a strategaethau busnes yn eich helpu i gynllunio eich busnes eich hun, waeth pa gam twf y mae eich busnes arno ar hyn o bryd. Yn ogystal \u00e2 rhoi cysylltiadau a sgiliau proffesiynol hanfodol i chi, bydd MBA hefyd yn rhoi cyfle i chi dyfu fel unigolyn. Gyda swydd lawn amser, ymrwymiadau teulu, diddordebau a rhwymedigaethau eraill, gall bywyd fod yn brysur iawn ac nid yw buddsoddi ynoch chi’ch hun a’ch datblygiad personol a phroffesiynol bob amser yn bosibl. Yn ogystal ag ehangu eich set sgiliau, gall cymryd yr amser i astudio, roi gwybodaeth werthfawr i chi am eich ffordd o weithio, moesau busnes a’ch nodau gyrfa, a gall atgyfnerthu’r pwysigrwydd o gredu’n barhaus yn eich gallu a’ch syniadau.<\/p>\n

Dull hyblyg<\/h2>\n

Mae cyrsiau MBA ar-lein newydd Prifysgol Wrecsam yn ddelfrydol i’r rhai hynny \u00e2 dyheadau entrepreneuraidd nad ydynt yn gallu ymrwymo i astudio ar y campws. Caiff y cyrsiau eu darparu ar-lein 100%, gyda’r holl gynnwys ar gael i’w astudio oddi ar amrywiaeth o ddyfeisiau, fel y gallwch ddewis amser astudio sy’n gyfleus i chi ac astudio yn unrhyw le.
