Mae <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thedrum.com\/news\/2018\/12\/21\/84-cmos-believe-their-business-model-under-threat#utm_source=the_drum&amp;utm_medium=native&amp;utm_campaign=imb_19&amp;utm_content=whitepaper_1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ymchwil newydd<\/a>, ar sail ein dealltwriaeth gan dros 12,800 o Brif Swyddogion Marchnata ar draws 20 diwydiant a 112 o wledydd, yn awgrymu bod angen i Brif Swyddogion Marchnata heddiw ailddychmygu eu swydd ac ehangu eu gwerth yn eu sefydliad er mwyn llwyddo.<\/p>\n<p>Cafodd yr arolwg ei gyflawni gan Sefydliad Gwerth Busnes IBM, mewn cydweithrediad ag Oxford Economics, a dangosodd bod nifer sylweddol o Brif Swyddogion Marchnata yn dweud bod eu sefydliadau yn ei chael yn anodd. Am y tro cyntaf ers 2010, mae ffactorau&#8217;r farchnad wedi trechu technoleg fel y grym allanol pwysicaf sy&#8217;n effeithio ar fusnesau, ac mae 84% o&#8217;r Prif Swyddogion Marchnata a oedd yn rhan o&#8217;r arolwg yn credu bod eu model busnes dan fygythiad.<\/p>\n<p>Gyda&#8217;r amgylchedd busnes yn symud o amgylchedd a arweinir gan gynhyrchion i amgylchedd a arweinir gan brofiadau, mae r\u00f4l y Prif Swyddog Marchnata yn esblygu i r\u00f4l o natur &#8220;Prif Swyddog Profiadau&#8221;, yn sgil yr angen i feddiannu profiad y cleient o&#8217;r cychwyn cyntaf hyd y diwedd ar draws y sefydliad. Fel mae mwyfwy o arweinwyr uwch yn cydnabod bod profiadau cwsmeriaid yn diffinio ac yn gwahaniaethu eu sefydliadau, mae Prif Swyddogion Marchnata yn gweld eu hunain \u00e2 mandad ehangach i flaenoriaethu tri maes allweddol:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Cynyddu gwerth<\/strong><br \/>\nFel dylanwadwyr strategol, mae sefydlu gwerth marchnata yn un o dasgau hanfodol y Prif Swyddogion Marchnata. Mae hyn yn cynnwys asesu tueddiadau&#8217;r farchnad a gweithredu metrigau mesuradwy sydd wedi&#8217;i seilio ar gwsmeriaid a all gael ei defnyddio ar draws y busnes i helpu i gyfrannu gwerthoedd uwch a chanlyniadau mesuradwy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Creu profiadau cwsmer rhagorol wedi&#8217;u personoleiddio<\/strong><br \/>\nFel hyrwyddwyr cwsmeriaid, dylai Prif Swyddogion Marchnata ddylunio profiadau cwsmer sydd wedi&#8217;u personoleiddio ac sy&#8217;n ymatebol, sy&#8217;n ateb anghenion nad oedd cwsmeriaid yn ymwybodol ohonynt &#8211; ac sydd yn y pendraw mor arwyddocaol i&#8217;r cwsmer nes eu bod yn hybu eiriolaeth anhygoel. Gan ddefnyddio metrigau ar sail cwsmeriaid, dylent asesu sut gall technolegau sy&#8217;n dod yn amlwg gyfrannu at brofiadau cwsmeriaid gwahanol a rhoi elfen gystadleuol i&#8217;w sefydliad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trawsffurfio diwylliannau corfforaethol i feddwl a gweithredu mewn ffyrdd sy&#8217;n canolbwyntio ar gwsmeriaid<\/strong><br \/>\nI ymateb yn gyflym i ofynion cwsmeriaid mae angen i Brif Swyddogion Marchnata greu gweithle ystwyth sydd \u00e2 diwylliant sy&#8217;n canolbwyntio ar gwsmeriaid, lle mai newid yw&#8217;r unig beth sy&#8217;n gyson. Caiff y weledigaeth ddynamig hon ei hadnewyddu&#8217;n barhaus drwy gydweithio \u00e2 chyflogeion a chwsmeriaid a gofyn am eu syniadau, ymgysylltu \u00e2 nhw i gynhyrchu cysyniadau newydd ar gyfer cynhyrchion neu wasanaethau.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ond er bod y mwyafrif helaeth o&#8217;r Prif Swyddogion Marchnata a gymerodd ran yn yr arolwg (74%) yn cydnabod bod hybu ailddyfeisio parhaus, arloesol, llawn bwriad yn rhan gynyddol bwysig o&#8217;u swydd; sawl un ohonynt sy&#8217;n gymwys i ymgymryd \u00e2&#8217;r cyfrifoldebau ehangach?<\/p>\n<p>Mae rhaglen MBA Marchnata unigryw Prifysgol Wrecsam yn cynnwys modiwlau megis newid creadigol ac arloesedd a pharhad a thwf cwsmeriaid, gan arfogi&#8217;r rheiny sy&#8217;n awyddus i fod yn arweinwyr marchnata gyda&#8217;r sgiliau a&#8217;r wybodaeth i ymdrin \u00e2&#8217;r heriau a adnabyddir gan y Prif Swyddogion Marchnata.
