Prynwriaeth ymwybodol yw&#8217;r ymwybyddiaeth gynyddol o effaith eich penderfyniadau prynu. Gan bwy ydw i&#8217;n prynu? Beth mae&#8217;r brand yn ei gynrychioli? A yw&#8217;r cwmni yr ydw i&#8217;n ei gefnogi yn cymryd cyfrifoldeb am yr amgylchedd? A yw&#8217;n ymrwymedig i gydraddoldeb cymdeithasol? Ac mae&#8217;r mudiad yn cyflymu&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Mae <a href=\"https:\/\/www.walnutunlimited.com\/rise-of-the-conscious-consumer\/\">tri chwarter<\/a> (75%) poblogaeth Prydain yn fwy ymwybodol bellach o&#8217;u defnydd o eitemau prynwyr gan gynnwys plastig, deunyddiau na ellir eu hailgylchu, cynnyrch llaeth, cig, siwgr, halen, glwten, olew palmwydd, teithio, dillad a chynhyrchion sydd wedi&#8217;u profi ar anifeiliaid. Ac er ein bod ni&#8217;n categoreiddio prynwriaeth ymwybodol fel mudiad a ysgogir gan y milflynyddwyr neu&#8217;r dosbarthiadau canol, mae hwn yn honiad na\u00eff; dangosodd arolwg prynwyr eang <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prweek.com\/article\/1578636\/the-conscious-consumer-making-pr-relevant-ever-prweek-meets-iceland-md-richard-walker\">Iceland<\/a> bod 80% o&#8217;u prynwyr yn cefnogi eu trosglwyddiad i weithredu&#8217;n ddi-blastig. Mae cyfryngau cymdeithasol wedi rhoi grym heb ei debyg o&#8217;r blaen i brynwyr allu mynnu bod cwmn\u00efau yn glynu at eu gwerthoedd &#8211; neu fod mewn perygl o&#8217;u colli.<\/p>\n<h3>Dylanwad cynyddol cyfrifoldeb cymdeithasol corfforaethol<\/h3>\n<p>Gyda phrynwyr bellach yn disgwyl mwy gan y brandiau a ddewisant, nid yw Cyfrifoldeb Cymdeithasol Corfforaethol (CCC) erioed wedi bod mor bwysig. Gydag <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jwtintelligence.com\/trend-reports\/the-new-sustainability-regeneration\">arolwg diweddar<\/a> yn datgelu bod 89% o brynwyr yn dewis brandiau sydd \u00e2 chofnod gwell o gynaliadwyedd a bod 90% yn cytuno bod gan gwmn\u00efau\/brandiau gyfrifoldeb i ofalu am y blaned a&#8217;i phobl, nid yw bod yn dryloyw yn y meysydd hyn yn nodwedd &#8216;braf ei chael&#8217; bellach, mae&#8217;n anghenraid.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/content\/dam\/insights\/us\/articles\/5136_HC-Trends-2019\/DI_HC-Trends-2019.pdf\">Pan ofynnwyd i Brif Weithredwyr nodi eu mesur llwyddiant pwysicaf yn 2019,<\/a> dichon nad syndod felly mai&#8217;r mater mwyaf poblogaidd iddynt s\u00f4n amdano oedd &#8220;effaith ar gymdeithas, gan gynnwys anghydraddoldeb incwm, amrywiaeth, a&#8217;r amgylchedd&#8221;. Yn y gorffennol, roedd gweithgaredd CCC yn aml ar sail ad-hoc, ond mae prynwyr ymwybodol wedi gorfodi busnesau i wneud mwy. Nid yw defnyddio CCC fel ymarfer i wneud i&#8217;w hunain deimlo&#8217;n dda yn ddigon mwyach. Mae angen i sefydliadau ddod o hyd i weithgareddau y gallant ymrwymo iddynt yn yr hirdymor a dechrau defnyddio eu cynhyrchion, gwasanaethau neu weithlu hyd yn oed i fagu perthnasoedd hirdymor a phontio&#8217;r bwlch rhwng y cyhoedd a nod ymgyrch CCC penodol yn y pendraw. Os yw prynwyr yn gwybod bod busnes yn pryderu, maen nhw&#8217;n fwy tebygol o bryderu a bod yn ffyddlon i&#8217;r brand.<\/p>\n<p>Wrth gwrs, gall ethos cryf o gyfrifoldeb cymdeithasol corfforaethol fod yn dda i elw net cwmni, hefyd. Wrth i frand ddechrau buddsoddi mewn mentrau CCC a chymryd rhan weithredol yn y gymuned leol, mae ymwybyddiaeth ac adnabyddiaeth o&#8217;r brand yn cynyddu.
