Er y gall adeiladu t\u00eem dyfal ac ymroddedig gyflymu t\u0175f cwmni, gall recriwtio staff sy\u2019n anghymwys, neu nad ydynt yn gweddu \u00e2 diwylliant y cwmni, fod yn dreth fawr ar fusnes bychan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sut i recriwtio a thyfu eich t\u00eem yn effeithiol a ddiffwdan gan wneud cyn lleied o gamgymeriadau \u00e2 phosibl? Dyma bum pwynt i gychwyn:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Canfod y bobl addas<\/h2>\n<p>Cyn dechrau recriwtio, lluniwch restr o briodoleddau y dylai eich ymgeisydd delfrydol feddu arnynt. Yn hytrach na chanolbwyntio ar gymwysterau, penderfynwch pa nodweddion sydd eu hangen ar gyfer y swydd. Ystyriwch y brand rydych yn ceisio ei greu ac ysgrifennwch eich syniadau yngl\u0177n \u00e2 diwylliant, gwerthoedd a dulliau gweithio eich cwmni. Pwy well i ddelio \u00e2 chwsmer blin na rhywun sydd wedi treulio\u2019r amser y flwyddyn ddiwethaf yn rhesymu gyda phlentyn bach?<\/p>\n<h2>Mynnwch y gwaith papur<\/h2>\n<p>Wedi i chi gael hyd i\u2019r unigolyn cywir ar gyfer y swydd, mynnwch fod y gwaith papur yn gywir. Ni fydd mwyafrif y busnesau bach yn gallu cynnig yr un gyflog neu ragolygon gyrfa ac y gall cwmni mawr. Felly, rhaid iddynt fod yn fwy creadigol o ran sut maent yn denu a chadw\u2019r bobl gywir.
