At ei gilydd, mae gan 4% o\u2019r holl ddisgyblion gynllun addysg, iechyd a gofal (EHC), ac nid oes gan 12.6% gynllun ond mae angen cymorth dysgu ychwanegol arnynt.<\/p>\n<p>Nid oes un dull addysgu unigol sy\u2019n gweithio orau i bob dysgwr \u2013 p\u2019un ai bod gan unigolion anghenion dysgu ychwanegol ai peidio. Gyda meithrinfeydd, ysgolion a lleoliadau addysgol eraill yn chwarae rhan mor allweddol yn natblygiad a chanlyniadau plant a phobl ifanc yn y dyfodol, mae&#8217;n hanfodol bod cymorth priodol, personol ar gael i&#8217;w helpu i ffynnu.<\/p>\n<p>Ond, pa ddulliau sy&#8217;n gweithio orau? Ble a phryd mae dysgu&#8217;n digwydd? Sut y gellir gwella prosesau dysgu i hyrwyddo gwell canlyniadau addysgol i bawb?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Beth yw seicoleg addysgol?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Seicoleg addysgol yw&#8217;r astudiaeth o sut rydym yn dysgu ac yn cadw gwybodaeth. Mae\u2019n canolbwyntio ar gymhwyso ymchwil, damcaniaethau a thechnegau seicolegol er mwyn cefnogi a hyrwyddo canlyniadau emosiynol, cymdeithasol a dysgu plant a phobl ifanc.<\/p>\n<p>Yn cyd-fynd yn agos \u00e2 datblygiad dynol yn ei gyfanrwydd, mae&#8217;n archwilio agweddau cymdeithasol, emosiynol a gwybyddol twf a dysgu. Mae dysgu\u2019n digwydd mewn lleoliadau traws-gyd-destunol \u2013 y tu mewn a\u2019r tu allan i leoliadau ystafell ddosbarth traddodiadol. Mae seicoleg addysgol a gwybyddol hefyd yn archwilio&#8217;r effaith y mae ffactorau amrywiol \u2013 megis rhyw, oedran, diwylliant, ac amgylcheddau cymdeithasol a chorfforol \u2013 yn dylanwadu ar y ffyrdd yr ydym yn dysgu.<\/p>\n<p>Mae yna felly sawl <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychology.org\/resources\/educational-psychology-theories\/#:~:text=Although%20the%20discipline%20of%20educational,and%20social%20contextual%20learning%20theories.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">maes damcaniaethol seicoleg addysg <\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ymddygiadaeth <\/strong>\u2013 yn ystyried dysgu fel newid ymddygiad gweladwy mewn ymateb i ysgogiadau amgylcheddol. Mae&#8217;n awgrymu bod ymatebion ymddygiadol sy&#8217;n deillio o&#8217;r ysgogiadau, o&#8217;u dilyn gan atgyfnerthu cadarnhaol, yn fwy tebygol o ddigwydd yn y dyfodol. O ran gwella dysgu mewn ysgolion, mae&#8217;n hyrwyddo cael y strwythur gorau posibl, defnyddio anogwyr rheolaidd, goruchwyliaeth weithredol, a disgwyliadau addysgu ymlaen llaw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gwybyddiaeth <\/strong>\u2013 mae\u2019n canolbwyntio ar y cysyniad bod dysgu\u2019n digwydd pan fydd gwybodaeth yn cael ei derbyn, ei threfnu, ei dysgu ar y cof, a\u2019i hadalw pan fo angen. Mae&#8217;n ystyried bod niwroblastigedd yn hanfodol, lle mae&#8217;r broses ddysgu ei hun yn creu cysylltiadau newydd o fewn yr ymennydd, ac yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i ddysgwyr gymryd rhan weithredol a &#8216;gwneud eu hystyr eu hunain&#8217;, o&#8217;r broses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adeileddiaeth <\/strong>\u2013 dull sy\u2019n canolbwyntio ar y dysgwr yn seiliedig ar y gred bod bodau dynol yn dysgu mewn cyfnodau olynol. Mae cysyniadau, neu &#8216;sgem\u00e2u&#8217;, sydd gennym am y byd yn cael eu profi wrth iddynt ddod i gysylltiad \u00e2 realiti ac yna&#8217;n cael eu haddasu yn \u00f4l data, profiadau a gwybodaeth newydd a ddarganfyddwn.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Profiadaeth <\/strong>\u2013 yn datgan bod hwyluso prosesau dysgu yn digwydd trwy ennyn diddordeb myfyrwyr mewn profiadau sy\u2019n caniat\u00e1u iddynt ddatblygu eu sgiliau a defnyddio gwybodaeth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Er bod y rhain yn rhai o&#8217;r damcaniaethau seicolegol mwyaf poblogaidd sy&#8217;n ymwneud \u00e2 dysgu, twf a datblygiad dynol, mae ymchwil yn dal i fynd rhagddo yn y maes helaeth hwn sy&#8217;n esblygu \u2013 gan lywio ac ail-lunio dulliau addysgol yn gyson.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Beth yw r\u00f4l seicolegydd addysg?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mae Cymdeithas Seicolegol Prydain (BPS) yn diffinio <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bps.org.uk\/member-networks\/division-educational-and-child-psychology\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">r\u00f4l seicolegydd addysg <\/a>fel un sy&#8217;n &#8216;edrych ar sut mae plant a phobl ifanc yn profi bywyd yng nghyd-destun eu hysgol a&#8217;u hamgylchedd cartref a sut mae gwahanol ffactorau yn yr amgylcheddau hyn yn rhyngweithio \u00e2&#8217;i gilydd.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Gall seicolegwyr addysg weithio ar draws sbectrwm datblygiad dynol, gyda grwpiau oedran yn amrywio o&#8217;r cyfnod cyn ysgol a&#8217;r blynyddoedd cynnar hyd at oedolaeth.<\/p>\n<p>Yn ogystal \u00e2 sicrhau bod plant, pobl ifanc ac oedolion yn cael y math a\u2019r swm cywir o gymorth mewn lleoliadau addysgol, mae seicolegwyr addysg hefyd yn gweithio\u2019n agos gyda phart\u00efon perthnasol eraill. Er enghraifft, mae hyn yn aml yn cynnwys teuluoedd \u2013 y gallai fod angen cymorth arnynt o fewn amgylchedd cartref y plentyn \u2013 ynghyd ag ysgolion, darparwyr addysg, gwasanaethau gofal cymdeithasol ac awdurdodau lleol.<\/p>\n<p>Gallant helpu i ddatblygu cymorth ac arweiniad, a chreu profiadau addysgol gwell, i blant ag ystod eang o AAA, gan gynnwys:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>anableddau corfforol<\/strong>, megis parlys yr ymennydd<\/li>\n<li><strong>anghenion dysgu ychwanegol<\/strong>, fel dyslecsia neu ddyspracsia<\/li>\n<li><strong>anghenion emosiynol, ymddygiadol a chymorth iechyd meddwl<\/strong>, fel Anhwylder Gorbryder Cyffredinol (GAD)<\/li>\n<li><strong>problemau gyda sgiliau cymdeithasol<\/strong>, fel y rheini sy\u2019n aml yn gysylltiedig ag Anhwylder Sbectrwm Awtistiaeth (ASD)<\/li>\n<li><strong>anawsterau canolbwyntio<\/strong>, fel Anhwylder Diffyg Canolbwyntio a Gorfywiogrwydd (ADHD)<\/li>\n<li><strong>materion synhwyraidd<\/strong>, megis clyw neu olwg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gall y r\u00f4l fod yn hynod amrywiol, gan gwmpasu, er enghraifft: ymgynghoriadau; asesiadau seicolegol; darparu cymorth i rieni a gofalwyr; gweithredu mesurau strategol; ymyriadau un-i-un a gr\u0175p; mentrau datblygiad proffesiynol a staff; a gwaith aml-asiantaeth.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r arbenigwyr swyddi a gyrfa, <em>Prospects<\/em>, yn rhoi cipolwg pellach ar y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prospects.ac.uk\/job-profiles\/educational-psychologist\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">r\u00f4l seicolegydd addysg<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cefnogi dysgwyr ag AAA<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Er bod plant a phobl ifanc ag AAA i gyd yn dod \u00e2 thalentau a doniau unigryw i&#8217;r ystafell ddosbarth, mae digon y gall addysgwyr ac eraill sy&#8217;n gweithio yn y lleoliadau hyn ei wneud i&#8217;w helpu i gysylltu&#8217;n fwy effeithiol ag eraill a chael mynediad at ddysgu.<\/p>\n<p>Mae dilyn y fframwaith Asesu, Cynllunio, Gwneud, Adolygu yn ffordd werthfawr o archwilio\u2019r mater neu faterion penodol, dylunio a gweithredu strategaethau cymorth, ac yna gwerthuso eu llwyddiant cyffredinol ac addasu ymhellach os oes angen.<\/p>\n<p>Er enghraifft, gall plentyn \u00e2 dyslecsia gael anawsterau gyda darllen, deall, sillafu, ffurfio atebion, a dilyniannu geiriau.
