Ochr yn ochr \u00e2\u2019r ffactorau \u2018bob dydd\u2019 hyn, ceir ystyriaeth hollbwysig arall \u2013 un a fydd, yn y pen draw, yn penderfynu ar dynged y busnes, sef: beth yw ein strategaeth ymadael?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pa un a ydych yn entrepreneur gydag egin fusnes sydd newydd gael ei lansio, neu\u2019n Brif Swyddog Gweithredol profiadol sy\u2019n rhedeg menter fyd-eang sydd wedi hen ennill ei phlwyf, byddai\u2019n syniad da ichi fuddsoddi amser ac ymdrech yn y dasg o gynllunio eich strategaeth ymadael.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Beth yw strategaeth ymadael \u2013 a pham y mae egin fusnesau angen un?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ystyr<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/corporatefinanceinstitute.com\/resources\/management\/exit-strategies-plans\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">strategaeth ymadael<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> yw cynllun a roddir ar waith gan berchnogion busnesau, buddsoddwyr, masnachwyr neu gyfalafwyr menter ar gyfer diddymu eu cysylltiad ag ased ariannol ar \u00f4l bodloni meini prawf arbennig. Fel entrepreneur, bydd modd i chi reoli trafodaethau yngl\u0177n \u00e2\u2019r pris, gallwch osod eich telerau eich hun a gallwch ystyried amryfal geisiadau. Ond yn aml, mae cynigion o\u2019r fath yn tueddu i chwalu a gallant fod yn ddrud ac yn llafurus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Pryniant gan y rheolwyr neu bryniant gan y gweithwyr<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Os ydych yn berchen ar y busnes, gallwch werthu\u2019r budd sydd gennych ynddo \u2013 fel arfer i rywun rydych yn ei adnabod a rhywun rydych yn ymddiried ynddo \u2013 tra mae\u2019r busnes yn dal i weithredu, gan achosi cyn lleied o drafferthion \u00e2 phosibl. Ond efallai y byddwch yn gwerthu eich budd am bris llai (oherwydd eich cysylltiad \u00e2\u2019r prynwr), a hefyd mae dod o hyd i brynwr yn gallu bod yn dasg anodd.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Prynu\u2019r cyfalaf dynol<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Mae\u2019r strategaeth ymadael hon yn canolbwyntio\u2019n unswydd ar brynu talent. Mae\u2019n hynod fuddiol i weithwyr profiadol a medrus, oherwydd bydd angen gweithwyr o\u2019r fath ar \u00f4l i\u2019r busnes newid dwylo. Mae\u2019r manteision yn cynnwys y gallu i drafod telerau da a sicrhau y bydd rhywun yn gofalu am y gweithlu; mae\u2019r anfanteision yn cynnwys anhawster i ddod o hyd i\u2019r prynwr iawn, ac yn aml gall fod yn broses faith, ddrud a phoenus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Methdaliad<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Nid oes unrhyw gynllun busnes ynghlwm wrth fethdaliad mewn gwirionedd. Bydd holl asedau\u2019r busnes yn cael eu hatafaelu; ac er y bydd y mwyafrif o\u2019ch cyfrifoldebau ariannol a\u2019ch dyledion yn cael eu dileu, bydd methdaliad yn effeithio ar eich credyd yn y dyfodol.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Sut y gallaf ddewis y strategaeth ymadael iawn ar gyfer fy musnes?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Er mwyn lleihau nifer yr opsiynau a dod o hyd i\u2019r strategaeth ymadael iawn, bydd angen ichi bwyso a mesur eich opsiynau a cheisio cyngor proffesiynol. Mae hyn yn bwysig dros ben os mai dyma\u2019r tro cyntaf ichi reoli busnes newydd trwy ei brynu, ei ad-drefnu neu ei gymryd drosodd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yn ogystal \u00e2 deall y manteision a\u2019r anfanteision sy\u2019n perthyn i bob strategaeth, bydd angen cadarnhau ffactorau pwysig fel prisiad y cwmni, materion cyfreithiol, strwythur y cynnig, a\u2019r telerau trafod.
