O apiau i realiti rhithwir i deithiau dysgu pwrpasol, mae\u2019r system addysg wedi cael ei thrawsnewid yn sylweddol.<\/p>\n<p>Gorfododd y pandemig symudiad cyflym i ddysgu o bell ym mhob man, nad oedd llawer o ddarparwyr addysg \u2013 heb s\u00f4n am weithwyr addysg proffesiynol eu hunain \u2013 wedi&#8217;u paratoi na&#8217;u cyfarparu&#8217;n ddigonol ar ei gyfer. Achosodd aflonyddwch enfawr ar draws y sector addysg, gyda systemau ysgolion cynradd, colegau a sefydliadau addysg uwch i gyd yn sgrialu i sicrhau bod eu cynigion dysgu ar-lein cystal ag y gallent fod, o ystyried yr amgylchiadau.<\/p>\n<p>Dair blynedd gyflym yn ddiweddarach ac nid yw technoleg addysg (EdTech) yn dangos unrhyw arwyddion o stopio, gan integreiddio ei hun ymhellach fyth i arferion addysgol dyddiol. Mae technoleg dysgu wedi mynd ymhell y tu hwnt i ystafelloedd dosbarth rhithwir, rhaglenni ar-lein a gwersi Zoom y dechnoleg addysg gynnar. Yn awr, <a href=\"https:\/\/explodingtopics.com\/blog\/edtech-stats\">amcangyfrifir bod diwydiant EdTech werth $340 biliwn<\/a>, ac mae ei effaith yn aruthrol:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mae defnydd EdTech ac uwchraddio EdTech mewn ysgolion wedi cynyddu 99% ers 2020.<\/li>\n<li>Mae dros 70% o golegau yn disgwyl lansio un neu fwy o raglenni israddedig ar-lein yn y tair blynedd nesaf.<\/li>\n<li>Dysgu digidol yw&#8217;r strategaeth adeiladu sgiliau fwyaf poblogaidd yn y byd corfforaethol.<\/li>\n<li>Mae chwiliadau am EdTech wedi cynyddu 125% dros y pum mlynedd diwethaf.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pa wersi sydd wedi\u2019u dysgu o\u2019r ddibyniaeth gynyddol hon ar dechnoleg mewn lleoliadau addysg, a\u2019r defnydd ohoni? Pa r\u00f4l mae Technoleg Addysg yn ei chwarae wrth gefnogi addysgeg?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pam mae technoleg yn cael ei defnyddio mewn addysg?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heddiw, mae technoleg yn rym nerthol ar draws y sector addysg \u2013 yn creu cyfleoedd dysgu o ansawdd dda na fyddent yn bosibl \u2013 oherwydd cyfyngiadau amser, cyllideb ac ymarferoldeb \u2013 fel arall. Gellir gwella dulliau addysgu traddodiadol trwy integreiddio technoleg, gan wneud dysgu yn fwy hygyrch, yn fwy unigol, yn fwy amrywiol ac yn fwy deniadol.<\/p>\n<p>Gyda\u2019r potensial i drawsnewid y profiad dysgu i fyfyrwyr ac addysgwyr fel ei gilydd, mae\u2019n gwella dysgu ac yn cefnogi canlyniadau gwell i fyfyrwyr mewn amrywiaeth eang o ffyrdd, gan helpu i:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>awtomeiddio prosesau<\/li>\n<li>gwella mynediad at wybodaeth<\/li>\n<li>galluogi rhannu gwybodaeth a data rhwng myfyrwyr, addysgwyr a rhanddeiliaid perthnasol<\/li>\n<li>dyblygu a throsglwyddo gwybodaeth rhwng ffurfiau a llwyfannau cyfryngau<\/li>\n<li>curadu gwybodaeth ddefnyddiol a phwysig<\/li>\n<li>cyfleu syniadau mewn gwahanol ffyrdd a delweddu cysyniadau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mae defnyddio technoleg yn gwneud <strong>dysgu wedi\u2019i bersonoli <\/strong>yn realiti ystafell ddosbarth. Mae&#8217;n canolbwyntio ar ddatblygu ac addasu&#8217;r cwricwlwm i weddu i anghenion a dewisiadau penodol dysgwyr unigol. Mae systemau integredig yn caniat\u00e1u mynediad unrhyw bryd at adnoddau a deunyddiau addysgol, a gall myfyrwyr ddysgu ar eu cyflymder eu hunain ac arfer mwy o ymreolaeth dros sut, pryd a lle y maent yn dewis dysgu.<\/p>\n<p>Nod <strong>dysgu carlam <\/strong>yw &#8216;cyflymu&#8217; y broses ddysgu i fyfyrwyr, gan ddefnyddio systemau technoleg i sicrhau bod cymaint \u00e2 phosibl o addysgu a dysgu yn digwydd. Mae hyn yn cynnwys deunydd amlgyfrwng yn y dosbarth \u2013 fel gweithgareddau rhyngweithiol, fideos a sain \u2013 sy\u2019n dod \u00e2\u2019r dysgu yn fyw ac yn hybu diddordeb y myfyrwyr.<\/p>\n<p>Mae datblygiadau technolegol yn golygu ei bod yn haws hwyluso <strong>dysgu cydweithredol<\/strong>, rhwng cyfoedion ac addysgwr cymheiriaid. Gall myfyrwyr gynnal trafodaethau, cydweithio i ddatrys problemau neu gwblhau gweithgareddau, ac elwa ar ryngweithio un-i-un gwell ac adborth gan athrawon a darlithwyr.<\/p>\n<p>Mae technoleg nid yn unig yn gwella&#8217;r broses ddysgu yn y fan a\u2019r lle, ond mae&#8217;n darparu datblygiad sgiliau hanfodol ar gyfer dysgwyr a fydd yn ddi-os yn dod ar draws technoleg gwybodaeth a chyfathrebu (TGCh) trwy gydol eu bywydau a&#8217;u gyrfaoedd.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sut mae technoleg yn cael ei defnyddio mewn addysg?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yn ogystal \u00e2\u2019r r\u00f4l ganolog y mae Technoleg Addysg yn ei chwarae yn y dysgu ei hun, mae ei gylch gorchwyl a\u2019i botensial yn mynd ymhell y tu hwnt i\u2019r ystafell ddosbarth gorfforol a rhithwir. Mae\u2019r Adran Addysg (DfE) yn tynnu sylw at bump <a href=\"https:\/\/assets.publishing.service.gov.uk\/government\/uploads\/system\/uploads\/attachment_data\/file\/791931\/DfE-Education_Technology_Strategy.pdf\">prif faes lle maent yn credu y gall technoleg greu gwerth ar gyfer systemau addysg ac ysgolion <\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>prosesau gweinyddu <\/strong>\u2013 lleihau baich gweithgareddau nad ydynt yn ymwneud ag addysgu<\/li>\n<li><strong>prosesau asesu <\/strong>\u2013 gwneud asesu yn fwy effeithiol ac yn fwy effeithlon<\/li>\n<li><strong>arferion addysgu <\/strong>\u2013 sicrhau canlyniadau dysgu gwell i bob myfyriwr, gyda sylw ar gefnogi mynediad a chynhwysiant<\/li>\n<li><strong>datblygiad proffesiynol parhaus (DPP) <\/strong>\u2013 galluogi athrawon, darlithwyr, arweinwyr ysgol a gweithwyr addysg proffesiynol eraill i ddatblygu yn eu rolau gyda mwy o hyblygrwydd<\/li>\n<li><strong>dysgu gydol oes <\/strong>\u2013 helpu&#8217;r rhai nad ydynt mewn addysg ffurfiol i ennill sgiliau newydd, yn ogystal \u00e2 chefnogi penderfyniadau personol ynghylch gwaith neu astudiaethau pellach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Yn ymarferol, gall hyn edrych fel datblygu cynlluniau gwersi lle mae dyfeisiau technoleg yn chwarae rhan annatod, derbyn diweddariadau amser real ar gynnydd a pherfformiad myfyrwyr \u2013 gan ganiat\u00e1u i addysgwyr ganolbwyntio ymyriadau a sylw lle mae eu hangen fwyaf \u2013 cydweithredu trwy lwyfannau dysgu anghydamserol, galluogi ymgynghoriadau myfyriwr-athro, lawrlwytho adnoddau o&#8217;r cwmwl, a llawer mwy o gynlluniau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mathau o dechnoleg a ddefnyddir i gefnogi addysgu a dysgu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mae mathau a chymwysiadau <a href=\"https:\/\/technologymagazine.com\/top10\/top-10-technologies-classroom\">technoleg mewn amgylcheddau dysgu <\/a>yn helaeth. Dyma rai enghreifftiau:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bwrdd gwyn <\/strong>\u2013 mae\u2019r byrddau gwyn rhyngweithiol hyn wedi\u2019u gosod ar wal yn gweithio gyda thaflunydd i ddarparu sgriniau digidol mawr a all fod yn ganolbwynt ystafell ddosbarth neu ofod darlithio. Mae myfyrwyr yn gallu rhyngweithio&#8217;n llawn \u00e2&#8217;r bwrdd heb ddefnyddio dyfais, ac mae addysgwyr yn cael holl fanteision cyfrifiadur yn eu haddysgu<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dysgu o bell <\/strong>\u2013 gan gynnwys pethau arloesol megis llwyfannau sain a fideo-gynadledda fel Google Meet, Teams a Zoom, yn ogystal ag offer fel gweminarau ar-alw a byw, podlediadau ac e-lyfrau gwaith<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deallusrwydd artiffisial <\/strong>\u2013 creu gweithgareddau dysgu pwrpasol a chynlluniau gwersi, graddio gwaith myfyrwyr yn awtomatig, cynhyrchu rhestrau darllen a argymhellir, cefnogi gwneud penderfyniadau ynghylch dilyniant dysgu, darparu ar gyfer anghenion dysgu ychwanegol fel dyslecsia \u2013 mae\u2019r posibiliadau\u2019n ddiddiwedd<\/li>\n<li><strong>Realiti Rhithwir (VR) <\/strong>\u2013 mae myfyrwyr yn gallu profi lleoliadau, gweithgareddau a digwyddiadau i gyd heb adael yr ystafell ddosbarth. Mewn ysgol gynradd, gall hyn olygu ymweld \u00e2 Phyramidiau Mawr Giza; ar lefel prifysgol, gall olygu perfformio llawdriniaeth lawfeddygol mewn theatr lawfeddygol drochol, rithiol<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gliniaduron, padiau digidol a chyfrifiaduron llechen <\/strong>\u2013 gellir defnyddio gwahanol fathau o ddyfeisiau diwifr neu blygio i mewn i wella dysgu\u2019r myfyrwyr \u2013 gan ganiat\u00e1u iddynt gael mynediad at amrywiaeth ehangach o adnoddau heb wastraff amser a gwastraff adnoddau papur.
