Yn gyffredinol, mae gan 4% o\u2019r holl ddisgyblion gynllun addysg, iechyd a gofal (AIG), ac nid oes gan 12.6% gynllun, ond mae angen cymorth dysgu ychwanegol arnynt.<\/p>\n<p>Nid oes unrhyw ddull addysgu unigol sy\u2019n gweithio orau ar gyfer pob dysgwr &#8211; p\u2019un a oes gan unigolion anghenion dysgu ychwanegol ai peidio. O ystyried bod meithrinfeydd, ysgolion a lleoliadau addysgol eraill yn chwarae r\u00f4l mor hanfodol yn natblygiad a deilliannau plant a phobl ifanc at y dyfodol, mae\u2019n hanfodol sicrhau bod cymorth priodol, wedi\u2019i bersonoli ar gael iddynt i\u2019w helpu i ffynnu.<\/p>\n<p>Ond pa ddulliau sy\u2019n gweithio orau? Ym mhle y mae dysgu\u2019n digwydd a phryd? Sut y gellir gwella prosesau dysgu i hyrwyddo canlyniadau addysgol gwell i bawb?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Beth yw seicoleg addysgol?\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mae seicoleg addysgol yn astudio\u2019r modd yr ydym yn dysgu ac yn cadw gwybodaeth. Mae\u2019n canolbwyntio ar gymhwyso ymchwil, theor\u00efau a thechnegau seicolegol er mwyn cefnogi a hyrwyddo deilliannau plant a phobl ifanc o safbwynt emosiynol, cymdeithasol a dysgu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0202 hwnnw\u2019n cyd-fynd yn agos \u00e2 maes datblygiad dynol yn ei gyfanrwydd, mae\u2019n archwilio agweddau cymdeithasol, emosiynol a gwybyddol ar dwf a dysgu. Mae dysgu\u2019n digwydd mewn lleoliadau ar draws gwahanol gyd-destunau &#8211; o fewn, a&#8217;r tu allan i leoliadau ystafelloedd dosbarth traddodiadol. Mae seicoleg addysgol a gwybyddol hefyd yn archwilio effaith amryw ffactorau &#8211; fel rhyw, oedran, diwylliant ac amgylcheddau cymdeithasol a ffisegol &#8211; o ran eu dylanwad ar y modd yr ydym yn dysgu.<\/p>\n<p>Ceir sawl <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychology.org\/resources\/educational-psychology-theories\/#:~:text=Although%20the%20discipline%20of%20educational,and%20social%20contextual%20learning%20theories.\">maes seicoleg addysg damcaniaethol<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ymddygiadaeth<\/strong> &#8211; sy\u2019n ystyried dysgu fel newid ymddygiadol gweladwy mewn ymateb i ysgogiadau amgylcheddol. Mae\u2019n rhagdybio bod ymatebion ymddygiadol o ganlyniad i\u2019r ysgogiadau, pan ddilynir hwy ag atgyfnerthiad cadarnhaol, yn fwy tebygol o ddigwydd yn y dyfodol. Yn nhermau gwella dysgu mewn ysgolion, mae\u2019n hyrwyddo sicrhau cymaint o strwythur \u00e2 phosibl, gan ddefnyddio anogaeth reolaidd, goruchwyliaeth weithredol, ynghyd \u00e2 disgwyliadau dysgu, ymlaen llaw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gwybyddoliaeth<\/strong> \u2013 sy\u2019n canolbwyntio ar y cysyniad bod dysgu\u2019n digwydd pan fydd gwybodaeth yn cael ei derbyn, ei threfnu, ei chofio a\u2019i hadalw pan fo angen. Mae\u2019n ystyried bod niwroplastigedd yn hanfodol, lle bydd y broses ddysgu ei hun yn ffurfio cysylltiadau newydd o fewn yr ymennydd, ac yn gofyn i ddysgwyr ymgysylltu \u00e2 hi\u2019n weithredol a \u2018chreu eu hystyr eu hunain\u2019 o ganlyniad iddi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lluniadaeth<\/strong> &#8211; dull sy\u2019n canolbwyntio ar y dysgwr, sy\u2019n seiliedig ar y gred bod pobl yn dysgu trwy gamau olynol. Caiff cysyniadau, neu \u2018sgem\u00e2u\u2019, yr ydym yn meddu arnynt ynghylch y byd eu rhoi ar brawf fel y maent yn dod i gysylltiad \u00e2 realiti, a\u2019u haddasu yn \u00f4l data, profiadau a gwybodaeth newydd a ddarganfyddir gennym.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Profiadaeth<\/strong> &#8211; sy\u2019n nodi y caiff prosesau dysgu eu hwyluso trwy roi profiadau i fyfyrwyr sy\u2019n caniat\u00e1u iddynt ddatblygu eu sgiliau a defnyddio eu gwybodaeth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tra bo\u2019r rhain yn rhai o\u2019r damcaniaethau seicolegol pwy poblogaidd yng nghyswllt dysgu, twf a datblygiad dynol, mae gwaith ymchwil yn parhau i raddau helaeth yn y maes enfawr hwn sy\u2019n esblygu \u2013 ac yn llywio ac ailffurfio dulliau gweithio addysgol yn gyson.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Beth yw r\u00f4l seicolegydd addysgol?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mae Cymdeithas Seicolegol Prydain (BPS) yn diffinio r\u00f4l seicolegydd addysgol fel un sy\u2019n \u2018edrych ar sut mae plant a phobl ifanc yn profi bywyd o fewn cyd-destun amgylchedd eu hysgol a\u2019u cartref, ynghyd \u00e2\u2019r modd y mae gwahanol ffactorau o fewn yr amgylcheddau hyn yn rhyngweithio \u00e2\u2019i gilydd.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Gall seicolegwyr addysgol weithio ar draws y sbectrwm datblygiad dynol, gyda grwpiau oedran sy\u2019n amrywio o blant cyn ysgol a\u2019r blynyddoedd cynnar hyd at oedolion.<\/p>\n<p>Yn ogystal \u00e2 sicrhau bod plant, pobl ifanc ac oedolion yn derbyn y math iawn o gymorth, ynghyd \u00e2 lefel ddigonol o gymorth, mewn lleoliadau addysgol, mae seicolegwyr addysgol yn gweithio\u2019n agos \u00e2 phart\u00efon perthnasol eraill hefyd. Er enghraifft, mae hyn yn aml yn cynnwys teuluoedd &#8211; sydd efallai angen cymorth o fewn amgylchedd cartref y plentyn &#8211; ynghyd ag ysgolion, darparwyr addysg, gwasanaethau gofal cymdeithasol ac awdurdodau lleol.<\/p>\n<p>Gallant helpu i ddatblygu cymorth ac arweiniad, ynghyd \u00e2 chreu profiadau addysgol gwell, i blant ag ystod eang o AAA, gan gynnwys:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>anableddau corfforol<\/strong>, fel parlys ar yr ymennydd<\/li>\n<li><strong>anghenion dysgu ychwanegol<\/strong>, fel dyslecsia neu ddyspracsia<\/li>\n<li><strong>anghenion emosiynol, ymddygiadol a chymorth iechyd meddwl<\/strong>, fel Anhwylder Pryder Cyffredinol (GAD)<\/li>\n<li><strong>problemau gyda sgiliau cymdeithasol<\/strong>, fel y rheiny a gysylltir yn aml ag Anhwylder ar y Sbectrwm Awtistig (ASD)<\/li>\n<li><strong>anawsterau canolbwyntio<\/strong>, fel Anhwylder Diffyg Canolbwyntio a Gorfywiogrwydd (ADHD)<\/li>\n<li><strong>problemau synhwyraidd<\/strong>, o safbwynt y clyw neu olwg er enghraifft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gall y r\u00f4l fod yn anhygoel o amrywiol, gan gwmpasu, er enghraifft: ymgynghori ag unigolion sy\u2019n derbyn triniaeth; asesiadau seicolegol, darparu cefnogaeth i rieni a gofalwyr; rhoi camau strategol ar waith; darparu ymyraethau un i un ac ar gyfer grwpiau; mentrau datblygu staff a phroffesiynol; ynghyd \u00e2 gwaith amlasiantaethol.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r arbenigwyr swyddi a gyrfaoedd, <em>Prospects<\/em>, yn darparu rhagor o wybodaeth am <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prospects.ac.uk\/job-profiles\/educational-psychologist\">\u00a0<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.prospects.ac.uk\/job-profiles\/educational-psychologist\">r\u00f4l y seicolegydd addysgol<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cefnogi dysgwyr ag AAA\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tra bo gan blant a\u2019r glasoed a chanddynt AAA eu talentau a\u2019u doniau eu hunain i\u2019w cyfrannu i\u2019r ystafell ddosbarth, mae yna ddigon y gall addysgwyr ac eraill sy\u2019n gweithio yn y lleoliadau hyn ei wneud i\u2019w helpu nhw i gysylltu\u2019n fwy effeithiol ag eraill, a chael mynediad at gyfleoedd dysgu.<\/p>\n<p>Mae dilyn y fframwaith Asesu, Cynllunio, Gwneud, Adolygu yn fodd gwerthfawr o archwilio\u2019r broblem neu broblemau penodol, ynghyd \u00e2 dylunio strategaethau cefnogi a\u2019u rhoi ar waith, ac yna gwerthuso eu llwyddiant cyffredinol ac addasu ymhellach os oes angen.<\/p>\n<p>Er enghraifft, efallai bod gan blentyn \u00e2 dyslecsia anawsterau \u00e2 darllen, amgyffrediad, sillafu, ffurfio atebion, a rhoi geiriau mewn trefn.
