Ond, os ydyn ni\u2019n mynd i barhau i weithio, tyfu a ffynnu, mae\u2019n hanfodol ein bod ni\u2019n arafu a meddwl am ein cynnydd. Dull dysgu yw ymarfer myfyriol sy\u2019n cynnig hynny yn union: y gallu i edrych arnom ni ein hunain i brosesu ein profiadau, ac edrych yn \u00f4l a dysgu o\u2019n gweithrediadau.<\/p>\n<p>Yn gyfuniad o feddwl yn feirniadol, yn adeiladol ac yn greadigol, mae ymarfer myfyriol yn galluogi\u2019r lle sydd ei angen ar ddatblygiad personol dwys. Drwy\u2019r dull hwn o hunan-ddadansoddi, gallwn wella effeithiolrwydd ein hymatebion brys, ehangu ein gallu i ddangos tosturi, hunanymwybyddiaeth a gwydnwch, ac yn y pen draw, anelu at sefydlu\u2019r berthynas emosiynol hirdymor sydd gennym \u00e2\u2019n gwaith.<\/p>\n<p>Boed ar ffurf arfarniad gwaith, sesiwn friffio gyda\u2019r t\u00eem neu gyfnod o hunan-fyfyrio, mae ymarfer myfyriol yn ddull a all gael ei gymhwyso i bron bob proffesiwn er mwyn gwella\u2019r perthnasoedd gwaith rhyngbersonol a gwella\u2019r gwasanaethau a ddarperir.<\/p>\n<h2>Ymarfer myfyriol yn y gwaith<\/h2>\n<p>Gall gweithwyr proffesiynol sawl maes elwa ar ymarfer myfyriol. Mae ymarferwyr myfyriol yn deall y gall eu hymdrechion, eu hymddygiad a\u2019u sgiliau gael eu gwella\u2019n gyson. Maen nhw\u2019n defnyddio\u2019r dull dysgu hwn i gael mewnwelediad a chydnabod eu llwyddiannau a\u2019u camgymeriadau. Yna, defnyddir y wybodaeth hon i wneud y mwyaf o\u2019u galluoedd.<\/p>\n<p>Ffordd wych o ddefnyddio ymarfer myfyriol yw mewn gwasanaethau cyhoeddus, megis gofal iechyd, gwasanaethau brys, addysg a gwaith cymdeithasol. Lle mae gofal rhyngbersonol a sgiliau cyfathrebu ynghlwm \u2013 rhwng meddyg a chlaf, parafeddyg a rhywun wedi\u2019i anafu, neu athro a phlentyn er enghraifft \u2013 gall ymrwymiad i\u2019r ymarfer hwn ehangu capasiti i ymdrin \u00e2 thrafodaethau ansicr neu sy\u2019n peri straen yn hyderus, yn gadarn a chyda deallusrwydd emosiynol.<\/p>\n<p>Y tu allan i\u2019r sector cyhoeddus, gellid defnyddio arfer myfyriol yn helaeth er mwyn helpu i ddod o hyd i ystyr a phwrpas yn y gwaith: ysbrydoli arweinwyr busnes i gryfhau eu capasiti ar gyfer adeiladu timau, annog hyfforddwyr i ddeall anghenion timau chwaraeon amrywiol a galluogi myfyrwyr i ganolbwyntio a bod yn atebol wrth reoli eu llwyth tasgau er enghraifft.<\/p>\n<p>Yn y pen draw, gallai defnyddio ymarfer myfyriol mewn ffordd systemig gyfrannu at greu timau mwy ymgysylltiol ac effeithlon o fewn amgylcheddau gwaith a dysgu cytbwys, hwylus a chynhwysol.<\/p>\n<h2>Beth sy\u2019n enghraifftiau o ymarfer myfyriol?<\/h2>\n<p>Yn \u00f4l model myfyriol Donald Schon, mae ymarfer myfyriol fel arfer yn digwydd ar ffurf myfyrio wrth weithredu, neu fyfyrio ar weithredu.<\/p>\n<p>Mae <strong>myfyrio wrth weithredu <\/strong>yn digwydd yn ystod sefyllfa weithredol, fel y mae\u2019n digwydd mewn amser go iawn. Mae\u2019r fframwaith hwn a ddatblygwyd gan <u>Yr Athro Graham Gibbs<\/u> yn cyflwyno model ar gyfer myfyrio sy\u2019n addas i ddysgu drwy brofiadau sy\u2019n cael eu hailadrodd.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r cylch fel a ganlyn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Disgrifiad:<\/strong> beth ddigwyddodd yn ystod y digwyddiad neu\u2019r sefyllfa, megis ble oeddech chi, pwy oedd yno, beth ddigwyddodd a beth gafodd ei ddweud<\/li>\n<li><strong>Teimladau:<\/strong> meddyliau, teimladau, ymatebion a sbardunau a ddaeth i\u2019r amlwg yn ystod y profiad<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gwerthuso:<\/strong> beth weithiodd yn dda, a beth all gael ei wella<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dadansoddiad:<\/strong> gwneud synnwyr o\u2019r sefyllfa, cymhwyso i gyd-destun, a dod o hyd i lenyddiaeth berthnasol neu ymchwil er mwyn cael arweiniad<\/li>\n<li><strong>Casgliad:<\/strong> beth ydych chi wedi\u2019i ddysgu<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cynllun gweithredu:<\/strong> cymhwyso gwybodaeth a chreu cynllun cam wrth gam i wella ymarfer neu wasanaeth, goresgyn unrhyw heriau a llywio profiadau dysgu i\u2019r dyfodol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mae model Gibbs yn dempled effeithiol ar gyfer ymarfer myfyriol, gan ddiffinio llwybr clir ar gyfer myfyrio beirniadol a sicrhau bod lle ar gyfer effaith emosiynol y profiad dysgu.<\/p>\n<h2>Pam fod ymarfer myfyriol yn bwysig?<\/h2>\n<p>Mae\u2019n hanfodol dysgu o brofiad.
