Mae\u2019r mentrau hyn, a ddechreuir yn aml gan entrepreneuriaid llawn gweledigaeth, yn gallu rhychwantu cenedlaethau, ac maent yn cynrychioli amrywiaeth eang o fusnesau, o siopau lleol bach i gorfforaethau rhyngwladol mawr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yn y busnesau hyn, gall y ddynameg arwain fod yn unigryw o gymhleth, gan gyfuno clymau teuluol \u00e2 chyfrifoldebau proffesiynol. Mewn sawl achos, yn ogystal \u00e2 rheoli gweithrediadau neu gynyddu\u2019r elw, mae a wnelo arweinyddiaeth mewn busnesau teuluol \u00e2 stiwardiaeth, creu gwaddol a sicrhau bod gwerthoedd y teulu\u2019n parhau ar gyfer cenedlaethau\u2019r dyfodol.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Busnesau teuluol a\u2019u lle yn economi\u2019r DU<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mae busnesau teuluol yn cyfateb i gyfran helaeth o economi\u2019r DU ac maent yn cyfrannu\u2019n fawr at gyfraddau cyflogaeth a chynnyrch domestig gros (GDP).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yn \u00f4l<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oxfordeconomics.com\/resource\/the-state-of-the-nation-the-uk-family-business-sector-2021-22\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oxford Economics<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (2022), roedd y 4.8 miliwn o gwmn\u00efau teuluol a geid yn y DU yn 2020 yn cyfateb i 85.9% o holl fusnesau\u2019r sector preifat. Hefyd, roedd cwmn\u00efau teuluol o\u2019r fath yn cyflogi 13.9 miliwn o weithwyr yn eu gweithrediadau beunyddiol \u2013 sef 51.5% o gyflogaeth y sector preifat. Ac roeddynt hefyd yn cyfrannu \u00a3575 biliwn mewn gwerth ychwanegol gros.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Strwythurau a dulliau arwain cyffredin mewn busnesau teuluol<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ceir gwahanol fathau o ddulliau arwain mewn busnesau teuluol, gan amrywio o ddulliau awtocrataidd i ddulliau democrataidd. Bydd gwerthoedd, traddodiadau a dynameg ryngbersonol y teulu yn si\u0175r o ddylanwadu ar y dull arwain.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mewn sawl achos, bydd aelodau\u2019r teulu yn ysgwyddo swyddi arwain hollbwysig, megis y Prif Swyddog Gweithredol neu aelodau bwrdd, gan greu t\u00eem arwain sydd wedi buddsoddi\u2019n fawr yn llwyddiant y busnes. Ond gall hyn hefyd arwain at gymysgedd o strwythurau ffurfiol ac anffurfiol ar gyfer prosesau neu benderfyniadau. Gall y weledigaeth a\u2019r ymrwymiad cyffredin i lwyddiant y busnes esgor ar d\u00eem arwain hynod ymroddedig, oherwydd yn aml bydd yr aelodau wedi buddsoddi\u2019n bersonol ac yn broffesiynol yn llwyddiant hirdymor y busnes, a byddant yn fodlon mynd y tu hwnt i\u2019r gofynion i ddiogelu \u2013 a gwella \u2013 ei waddol. Yn aml, gall y buddsoddiad personol hwn yn llwyddiant y fenter deuluol arwain at strategaeth fusnes hirdymor sy\u2019n canolbwyntio i raddau mwy ar y dyfodol \u2013 strategaeth lle rhoddir mwy o bwyslais ar feysydd fel cynaliadwyedd, arloesi a gwaddol, yn hytrach nag ar elw byrdymor. A gall hyn esgor ar fantais gystadleuol i fusnesau teuluol.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Busnesau teuluol \u2013 yr anfanteision<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yn ddi-os, mae cryfderau lu yn perthyn i fusnesau teuluol, ond maent hefyd yn wynebu heriau unigryw.
