{"id":10963,"date":"2024-07-03T01:55:43","date_gmt":"2024-07-03T00:55:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/devnorthwales.wpengine.com\/?p=10963"},"modified":"2024-07-03T01:55:43","modified_gmt":"2024-07-03T00:55:43","slug":"maria-montessori-ar-dull-montessori-method-o-addysgu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/online.wrexham.ac.uk\/cy\/maria-montessori-ar-dull-montessori-method-o-addysgu\/","title":{"rendered":"Maria Montessori a&#8217;r Dull Montessori Method o addysgu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bu i Dr Maria Montessori, ffisegydd ac addysgwr o&#8217;r Eidal, chwyldroi byd addysg plentyndod cynnar gyda&#8217;r damcaniaethau dysgu arloesol a datblygu&#8217;r Dull Montessori yn gynnar yn yr 20fed Ganrif.<\/p>\n<p>Mae ei dull unigryw wedi dylanwadu ar addysgwyr, rhieni a sefydliadau diri o amgylch y byd, gan bwysleisio persbectif plentyn canolog sy&#8217;n hyrwyddo dysgu annibynnol a datblygiad holistig.<\/p>\n<p>Yn y blog hwn, byddwn yn archwilio&#8217;r Dull Montessori, ei elfennau craidd, a r\u00f4l yr athro yn y dosbarth Montessori.<\/p>\n<h2>Y Dull Montessori<\/h2>\n<p>Wrth wraidd addysg Montessori mae&#8217;r Dull Montessori, dull addysgeg sy&#8217;n canolbwyntio ar feithrin tuedd naturiol plentyn i ddysgu drwy brofiadau ymarferol, gan ddatblygu&#8217;r agweddau cymdeithasol, emosiynol, ffisegol, ac academaidd y plentyn.<\/p>\n<p>Arsylwodd Maria Montessori fod plant yn meddu ar awydd cynhenid i archwilio eu hamgylchedd, a chreda y dylai addysg gyd fynd \u00e2&#8217;r chwilfrydedd naturiol hwn. I gyflawni hyn, datblygodd amgylchedd ddysgu sy&#8217;n galluogi plant i ddatblygu ar eu cyflymder eu hunain gan hyrwyddo dysgu hunangyfeiriedig ac addas i&#8217;r unigolyn.<\/p>\n<p>Agorodd y dosbarth Montessori cyntaf, o&#8217;r enw Casa dei Bambini, neu D\u0177&#8217;r Plant, yn Rhufain, yr Eidal, yn 1907. Ers hynny, mae ei dull arloesol wedi ennill cydnabyddiaeth fyd-eang, gan ddylanwadu ar arferion a damcaniaethau addysgol mewn cyd-destunau diwylliannol amrywiol.<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#8217;r athroniaeth Montessori wedi mynd y tu hwnt i ffiniau, gydag ysgolion Montessori&#8217;n cael eu sefydlu ledled y byd. Yn \u00f4l adroddiad gan y <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.ku.edu\/jmr\">2022 Global Montessori Census<\/a>, mae&#8217;r dull addysgeg hwn wedi ei weithredu mewn 154 o wledydd. Y gwledydd sydd \u00e2&#8217;r nifer uchaf o ysgolion Montessori yw&#8217;r Unol Daleithiau, Gwlad Thai, yr Almaen, Canada, a Tanzania Mae <a href=\"https:\/\/thechildrenshouse.org.uk\/about\/montessori\">wedi ei nodi hefyd<\/a> bod dros 600 o ysgolion Montessori yn y DU, gyda 88% o&#8217;r rhai a gafodd eu harolygu gan OFSTED wedi derbyn gradd &#8220;rhagorol&#8221; neu &#8220;dda&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h3>Planau datblygiad<\/h3>\n<p>Yn ei gwaith athroniaeth addysgol, arsylwodd Maria Montessori bedwar cyfnod amlwg &#8211; a rhoddodd y term &#8216;planau&#8217; arnynt &#8211; o ddatblygiad plant a phobl, a galwodd am ddulliau addysgol penodol ar gyfer pob pl\u00e2n. Mae&#8217;r planau hyn o enedigaeth hyd at 6 oed, o 6 i 12, o 12 i 18, ac o 18 i 24.<\/p>\n<p>Yn ystod y pl\u00e2n cyntaf Cyflwynodd Montessori sawl cysyniad i egluro hyn, yn cynnwys:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8216;y meddwl amsugnol&#8217; &#8211; p\u0175er unigryw i&#8217;r pl\u00e2n cyntaf sy&#8217;n egluro sut mae plentyn yn gallu ymgyfarwyddo ag ysgogiadau amgylcheddol megis synhwyrau, iaith, a diwylliant, yn ddidrafferth<\/li>\n<li>&#8216;cyfnodau sensitif&#8217; &#8211; cyfnodau sy&#8217;n arbennig o sensitif i ysgogiadau penodol, a,<\/li>\n<li>&#8216;normalrwydd&#8217; &#8211; a arsylwyd mewn plant o 3 i 6, dyma&#8217;r gallu i ganolbwyntio a ffocysu ar weithgaredd yn ogystal \u00e2 &#8220;disgyblaeth ddigymell, gwaith hapus a pharhaus, teimladau cymdeithasol i helpu a chydymdeimlad ag eraill.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Cydrannau dysgu Montessori<\/h2>\n<p>Mae nifer o arferion yn cael eu dilyn mewn ysgolion Montessori ar draws y byd, ond yr egwyddorion a&#8217;r elfennau hyn yw asgwrn cefn y dull. Mae pob un o&#8217;r cydrannau hyn yn gosod sylfaen ar gyfer profiad addysgol holistig sy&#8217;n meithrin datblygiad y plentyn cyfan.<\/p>\n<h3>Dosbarthiadau cymysg o ran oed.<\/h3>\n<p>Ewch i ddosbarth Montessori, ac fe welwch amgylchedd sy&#8217;n adlewyrchu amrywiaeth y byd go iawn. Mae dosbarthiadau gyda phlant o wahanol oed yn nodweddiadol o&#8217;r Dull Montessori, gyda grwpiau oed o fewn tair blynedd i&#8217;w gilydd (0-3, 3-6 ac yn y blaen), yn hyrwyddo synnwyr o gymuned a chydweithio.<\/p>\n<p>Mae plant iau yn elwa o&#8217;r arweiniad gan gyfoedion h\u0177n, a&#8217;r plant h\u0177n yn datblygu sgiliau arwain wrth gynorthwyo&#8217;r cymheiriaid iau. Mae&#8217;r amgylchedd dynamig yn meithrin awyrgylch o gydweithio, gan adlewyrchu&#8217;r amrywiaeth cymdeithasol y bydd plant yn ei brofi drwy gydol eu bywyd.<\/p>\n<h3>Dewis y myfyriwr o weithgareddau<\/h3>\n<p>Yn yr amgylchedd Montessori, mae myfyrwyr yn cael eu grymuso i gymryd cyfrifoldeb am eu taith addysgol. Mae&#8217;r rhyddid i ddewis gweithgareddau&#8217;n meithrin synnwyr o gyfrifoldeb ac annibyniaeth o oed ifanc.<\/p>\n<p>Wrth ddewis tasgau sy&#8217;n gyson \u00e2&#8217;u diddordebau a&#8217;u hanghenion datblygu, mae myfyrwyr yn dod yn gyfranogwyr gweithredol yn eu haddysg. Mae&#8217;r dull hwn sydd wedi ei bersonoli yn caniat\u00e1u i blant, nid yn unig danio&#8217;r brwdfrydedd dros ddysgu, ond i symud ymlaen ar eu cyflymder eu hunan, gan feithrin diddordeb oes at archwilio a darganfod.<\/p>\n<h3>Cyfnodau di-dor o amser gweithio<\/h3>\n<p>Mae amgylchedd dosbarth Montessori&#8217;n torri&#8217;n rhydd o&#8217;r strwythur confensiynol o wersi byr, wedi eu rhannu. Maent yn croesawu blociau di-dor o amser gweithio yn lle hynny. Mae&#8217;r dyluniad hwn yn annog canolbwyntio manwl ar dasgau, gan alluogi plant i ymgysylltu mewn gweithgareddau am gyfnodau hirach.<\/p>\n<p>Mae amser gweithio di-dor yn meithrin canolbwyntio, dyfalbarhad, a synnwyr o gyflawniad wrth i fyfyrwyr drochi eu hunain yn y gweithgaredd o&#8217;u dewis, gan feithrin diddordeb mewn dysgu sy&#8217;n mynd tu hwnt i gyfyngiadau addysg draddodiadol.<\/p>\n<h3>Deunyddiau arbenigol<\/h3>\n<p>Mae dosbarthiadau wedi dylunio deunyddiau dysgu&#8217;n ofalus iawn wedi ei deilwra i bob ffurf datblygu, gyda phob un wedi ei wneud o ddeunyddiau naturiol, estheteg megis coed, yn hytrach na phlastig. Mae&#8217;r deunyddiau arbenigol hyn yn briodol o ran oed ac yn gweithio fel offer ar gyfer archwilio ymarferol.<\/p>\n<p>O ddeunyddiau synhwyraidd sy&#8217;n ysgogi&#8217;r synhwyrau, i ddeunyddiau mathemateg ac ieithoedd sy&#8217;n gwneud cysyniadau haniaethol yn real, mae pob eitem wedi ei greu i gynorthwyo dealltwriaeth a meistrolaeth y plentyn o bynciau gwahanol.<\/p>\n<h3>Amgylchedd wedi&#8217;i baratoi<\/h3>\n<p>Wrth wraidd y dull hwn mae&#8217;r cysyniad o amgylchedd wedi&#8217;i baratoi. Mae dosbarthiadau wedi eu trefnu&#8217;n ofalus i feithrin annibyniaeth, trefn, ac archwilio. Mae dodrefn maint plentyn, deunyddiau sy&#8217;n apelio&#8217;n estheteg, a chynllun trefnus yn cyfrannu at amgylchedd sy&#8217;n hyrwyddo dysgu a chreadigrwydd.<\/p>\n<p>Nid man ffisegol yn unig mo&#8217;r amgylchedd sydd wedi&#8217;i baratoi, mae&#8217;n ymestyn i feddylfryd yr addysgwyr a&#8217;r athroniaeth gyffredinol o groesawu proses ddysgu unigryw pob plentyn.<\/p>\n<h3>Darganfod yn hytrach na chyfarwyddyd<\/h3>\n<p>Mae athrawon yn gweithio fel hwyluswyr, gan arwain myfyrwyr i archwilio cysyniadau&#8217;n annibynnol, gan roi pwyslais ar ddarganfod yn hytrach na chyfarwyddyd.<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#8217;r dull hwn yn tapio i mewn i chwilfrydedd naturiol plant ifanc, gan danio diddordeb gwirioneddol yn y pwnc. Wrth ganiat\u00e1u i fyfyrwyr ddarganfod gwybodaeth eu hunain, mae&#8217;r Dull Montessori yn meithrin sgiliau meddwl beirniadol, gallu i ddatrys problemau, ac awydd gydol oes i ddeall y byd o&#8217;u cwmpas.<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00f4l yr athro<\/h2>\n<p>Yn wahanol i&#8217;r model traddodiadol lle mae addysgwyr yn arwain gwersi strwythuredig, mae athrawon Montessori&#8217;n arsylwi, cynorthwyo, a meithrin taith ddysgu unigol pob plentyn. Mae&#8217;r hwyluswyr hyn yn monitro&#8217;r myfyrwyr yn awchus, gan nodi eu diddordebau, cryfderau, a heriau.<\/p>\n<p>Gyda dealltwriaeth fanwl o gam datblygu pob plentyn, mae&#8217;r athro Montessori yn darparu arweiniad wedi ei deilwra, cyflwyno deunyddiau a gweithgareddau priodol sy&#8217;n unol ag anghenion presennol y plentyn.
