Meddyliwch am Innocent, y cwmni creu smwddis. Ar yr wyneb mae eu hysbysebiadau\u2019n sefyll allan o gymharu \u00e2 brandiau eraill a hynny am eu bod nhw\u2019n ddoniol, powld a ffraeth. Er nad dyma\u2019r agwedd addas i bob brand, mae Innocent wedi sicrhau ei fod yn serennu drwy fabwysiadu ei ystyr ei hun o\u2019r gair \u2018proffesiynol\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r enghraifft hon yn dangos bod y defnydd o eiriau allweddol wrth ateb y cwestiynau hyn yn gallu bod yn ddi-bwrpas oni bai bod pawb yn deall beth mae\u2019n ei olygu, gan fod sawl dehongliad yn perthyn i eiriau penodol.<\/p>\n<h3>Cam dau: deall eich cynulleidfa<\/h3>\n<p>Mae deall eich cynulleidfa darged go iawn yn hanfodol wrth greu brand. Boed ar gyfer busnes newydd neu fusnes sy\u2019n lansio cynnyrch newydd, drwy ddeall pwy yn union yw\u2019r gynulleidfa darged gall busnes sicrhau bod ei frand a negeseuon y brand yn cyrraedd y bobl gywir ac yn uniaethu \u00e2 nhw mewn ffordd sy\u2019n eu denu nhw at y cynnyrch.<\/p>\n<p>Cwestiynau i\u2019w gofyn wrth ddiffinio pwy yw\u2019r gynulleidfa; pwy ydyn ni\u2019n eu targedu?; beth yw eu cefndir addysgiadol?; beth yw eu hoed?; beth yw eu graddfa incwm?; pa broblemau ydyn ni\u2019n eu datrys ar eu rhan?<\/p>\n<p>Mae adeiladu persona prynwr yn werthfawr iawn i strategaeth y brand. Bydd hyn yn gyrru\u2019r cysylltiad emosiynol \u00e2 phobl ac yn gwella profiad y cwsmer. Mae deall pwy i\u2019w targedu a\u2019u demograffig hefyd yn bwysig ar gyfer timau gwerthiannau a marchnata mewn busnes. Bydd hyn yn rhoi syniad clir iddynt o bwy ydyn nhw a sut i siarad \u00e2 nhw.<\/p>\n<h3>Cam tri: dadansoddwch eich cystadleuwyr<\/h3>\n<p>Mae anghenion eich cynulleidfa darged eisoes wedi cael eu bodloni gan gystadleuydd, felly mae deall cystadleuydd a\u2019i frand yn eich galluogi i fod yn wahanol wrth greu eich brand eich hun.<\/p>\n<p>Drwy ddadansoddi cystadleuwyr, gallwch weld sefyllfa eu brand, beth maen nhw\u2019n ei wneud yn dda, a beth maen nhw\u2019n ei fethu o bosib. Bydd hefyd yn galluogi cwmni i roi ei hun mewn gwell sefyllfa, serennu yn erbyn cystadleuwyr drwy lenwi\u2019r bylchau a dilyn trywydd newydd i gysylltu \u00e2 chynulleidfa darged, profi gwerth, ac ennill cwsmeriaid.<\/p>\n<h3>Cam pedwar: creu eich datganiad gwerth<\/h3>\n<p>Dylai datganiad gwerth cwmni ddangos yn glir pam eich bod chi\u2019n wahanol i gystadleuwyr, a pham y dylai cwsmer gymryd sylw o\u2019ch cynnig.<\/p>\n<p>Dylai gyffwrdd ar y penderfyniadau mae eich cwsmeriaid targed yn eu gwneud, eu problemau, a\u2019r cynnyrch neu\u2019r gwasanaeth rydych chi\u2019n ei werthu. Mae hyn yn adeiladu ar hunaniaeth eich brand a bydd yn ffurfio sail i\u2019r negeseuon y bydd y cwsmeriaid yn eu gweld.<\/p>\n<p>Pan fydd y datganiad gwerth ar waith, gellir ffurfio personoliaeth y brand.
